Payment Methods

To make purchasing Lanawool products as convenient as possible, we offer the following payment options.

Online Card Payment

You can pay securely online using your credit or debit card through our trusted payment provider, Stripe.

We accept all major payment cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and other widely recognized card networks. All transactions are processed using industry-standard security measures.

How Online Card Payment Works

1. Select "Pay Online by Card" during checkout.
2. You will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page.
3. Enter your card details:

• card number;
• expiry date;
• CVV/CVC security code.

1. Depending on your bank, you may be asked to authenticate the transaction using 3D Secure, for example through your banking app or a one-time SMS verification code.
2. Once the payment has been successfully authorized, your transaction is processed and your order is automatically confirmed.

Express Payment Options

Through Stripe, you can also use fast and convenient payment methods, including:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

These payment methods allow you to complete your purchase without manually entering your card details by using your device's authentication features, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

Lanawool does not store your payment card information. All payment data is securely processed by Stripe in accordance with the highest security standards.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

You may also choose to pay upon delivery.

Cash on Delivery is available for:

• home delivery; or
• collection from the courier's pickup points or parcel lockers, where available.

Depending on the courier's services, payment may be made either in cash or by card using a POS terminal.

A RON 5 Cash on Delivery processing fee applies to all COD orders. This fee covers the courier's additional cash handling and processing costs.
