Lanawool products are crafted from premium natural materials, including Merino wool and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified Ranforce cotton, carefully selected for their natural temperature-regulating properties, breathability, and exceptional comfort. Every product is made with great care to provide a healthy, comfortable, and long-lasting sleep experience.
All Lanawool products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 140/2021, which implements the relevant provisions of EU Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the sale of goods.
Lanawool products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity, effective from the date the product is delivered to the consumer.
If a product is found to be non-conforming during this period, the customer is entitled to an appropriate remedy at no additional cost.

Lanawool products are made from natural wool and Ranforce cotton, both of which possess unique natural characteristics.
The following characteristics are normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects:
Ranforce cotton features a slightly more open weave, intentionally selected to allow the wool filling to breathe and remain properly ventilated. This is a design feature and should not be considered a defect or an indication of lower-quality fabric.
Wool is a naturally elastic fibre that gradually adapts to the body and regular use. A slight compaction of the fibres over time is entirely normal.
All Lanawool products are generously cut and filled, with approximately 50 g of additional wool filling and an extra 2–3 cm in finished dimensions to compensate for the natural settling of the filling during use.
Natural wool products are designed for long-term use. Like all textile products, however, they are subject to normal wear over time.
