At Lanawool, we want your products to arrive quickly and safely. We work with courier services and parcel locker networks to offer flexible delivery options.

Delivery Methods

1. Home Delivery – 25 RON

Your order will be delivered directly to the address you provide by courier.

2. Parcel Locker / Pickup Point – 19 RON

You can choose delivery to a Packeta locker or pickup point, where you can collect your parcel whenever it is convenient for you.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of 350 RON or more.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.

In certain situations, delivery may take longer:

• during public holidays

• during peak periods (Black Friday, special promotions, etc.)

• in the event of courier delays

In such cases, we will inform you if there are any changes to the estimated delivery time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Collecting Your Parcel from a Locker

If you choose delivery to a Packeta locker or pickup point, you will receive a notification (SMS/email) when your parcel is ready for collection.
